Founded by IAN L. MANDREW-PRENDERGAST
Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Ian L. Mandrew-Prendergast has spent his career promoting music, film, and culture worldwide. He has managed artists including Donisha Prendergast and Paul Campbell, worked on the Tamika Reggae Awards, collaborated with icons like Alicia Keys, DMX, and Shaggy, and produced major events such as the Upstate Reggae on the River Eco Music Festival and the Jamaica Ocho Rios International Jazz Festival. A longtime supporter of youth and sports, Ian contributed to the Empire State Games and currently serves at Rising Ground Inc., blending his passion for community, culture, and storytelling. A proud husband and father, he brings decades of experience and vision to the Little Fish International Film Festival, creating a platform for independent filmmakers and diverse voices.
